thewayw.com ("the Website") is owned and operated by WAYW Retail Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 241, 4th Floor, Rajanigandha Block 21, Garden Apartment, Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore 560001, and GSTIN 29AADCW1962B1ZE. The WAYW ("What Are You Wearing") is our brand. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account.

Products and pricing

• We make every effort to display product colours, embroidery and details accurately. Handcrafted pieces may show minor variations, which are not defects.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable Indian taxes for domestic orders. Prices displayed in other currencies are for reference only.
• We reserve the right to change prices, correct pricing errors, or withdraw products at any time. If an order was placed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before processing it.

Orders and payment

• An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and you receive an order confirmation.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
• International orders are charged in INR. Your card issuer may apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.
• We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which form part of these Terms.

International customers

Customers ordering from outside India are responsible for complying with the laws of their country, including import rules. Customs duties and taxes are handled as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including designs, embroidery artwork, images, text, logos and the WAYW name, belongs to WAYW Retail Private Limited and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier or customs delays.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
